This dataset contains experimental raw data supporting the study on the efficient solution-phase synthesis of Fmoc-assisted stereo-controlled sequence-defined oligourethanes (SDOUs) with precise chirality control. The files include results from Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC), Thermogravimetric Analysis (TGA), Size Exclusion Chromatography (SEC), UV-Vis absorption spectroscopy, Photoluminescence (PL) spectroscopy, and Circular Dichroism (CD) spectroscopy. All measurements were performed under controlled laboratory conditions, with detailed acquisition parameters provided in the file descriptions.
