This dataset corresponds to the article entitled "What We Didn’t Know a Recipe Could Be: Political Commentary, Machine Learning Models, and the Fluidity of Form in Nineteenth-Century Newspaper Recipes" which is published in Cultural Analytics. This set includes both the Python code used to train a Doc2Vec/Logistic Regression model on recipe data as well as the recipe training data.
