Supporting data for Uddin et al LOPAC screen for Toxoplasma gondii

The data deposited here include source files for graphics that are depicted in the publication: High-Throughput Repurposing Screen Reveals Compounds with Activity against Toxoplasma gondii Bradyzoites. https://doi.org/10.1021/acsinfecdis.4c00689. This article describes screening results for the Library of Pharacologically Active Compounds (LOPAC) We developed luciferase reporter lines, designed a HTS and screened against tachyzoite and bradyzoite forms. We eport the identification of inhibitors that are active against these different life cycle stages. The data are from lucierafase assay conduced either at single point or as dilutions series of compounds.
