RAD-seq analysis for leaf margin phenotypes of pineapple (Ananas comosus). Ananas comosus strain:Yugafu and Yonekura

Pineapple has three leaf margin phenotypes, piping, spiny tip or spiny. The piping leaf, spineless leaf, of pineapple is preferred to producers as well as consumers. Therefore, to explore genome-wide DNA polymorphisms and identify the DNA markers for leaf margin phenotype, a RAD-seq (restriction-site associated DNA sequencing) analysis was carried out.
