We have employed whole genome ATAC-seq to profile the chromatin accssibility landscape of naive CD8+ T cells (TN) and these same cells following activation and differentiation to CM/EM and following incubation with homeostatic cytokines, a reverted naive-like phenotype (TNrev). Four umbilical cord blood samples were used to enrich for TN and to produce the respective EM CM and TNrev phenotypes. Overall design: Chromatin accessibility profile was measured by ATAC-seq of TN cells from 4 human cord blood samples and in the same cells after activation with anti CD3 for 6 days, followed by incubation with IL-7 25 ng/ml for further 13 days.
