16S rRNA amplicon analysis of microbial communities in denitrification reactors using poly(L-lactic acid) as an electron donor

16S rRNA amplicon analyses with cDNA made from total RNA extracted from activated sludge were performed to gain insight into the ecological information on denitrifies and other microbes in the denitrification processes using poly(L-lactic acid) as a sole electron donor.
