To gain further insights into the role of TNF for the inflammatory response in epidermal cFLIP KO skin, we performed gene expression profiling to compare epidermal RNA isolated from TNF KO, cFLIP KO and cFLIP KO/TNF KO animals after 3 days tamoxifen application. Treated skin of 4 animals per group was isolated. Epidermis and dermis was separated. Epidermal RNA was isolated and pooled.
