This dataset contains numerical scripts, parameter files, CSV diagnostics, reproducibility outputs and final figure-source files supporting the manuscript “Memory-Driven Pattern Visibility as a Closed Spectral--Visibility Law”. Version 1.4 updates the reproducibility package to match the final submission version of the manuscript. It includes complete runnable scripts for nonlinear visibility diagnostics, regime-map generation, sampled nonlinear visibility validation, visibility-delay ratios, seed robustness and sentinel grid/time-step checks. It also updates the final figure-source files, including the native TikZ/LaTeX version of Figure 1, high-resolution source panels for Figure 8, and the supplementary sampled-visibility figure. The numerical materials are intended as consistency tests for the theoretical spectral--visibility ordering and memory-controlled onset-delay mechanism, rather than as a full nonlinear phase classification. Reported simulations use no positivity clipping, and negative-grid counts are recorded where applicable. The package also includes CSV diagnostics, parameter files, command-level reproducibility notes and SHA-256 manifests for file verification.
