中国斑马鱼突变及表型数据库

中国斑马鱼突变及表型数据库是服务于国家重点研发计划“斑马鱼发育与代谢突变体库的系统创制”项目。数据库用于收集、整理、审核和发布应用CRISPR/cas技术，在斑马鱼基因组中构建突变的实验数据、突变数据和表型数据；数据还可配合实体资源汇交，实现突变从构建到手机保藏的流程管理。

The Zebrafish Mutation and Phenotype Database of China is developed for the National Key R&D Program "Systematic Creation of Zebrafish Developmental and Metabolic Mutant Libraries". This database collects, organizes, reviews and publishes experimental data, mutation data and phenotype data of zebrafish genome mutations constructed using CRISPR/Cas technology. It also supports the submission of physical resources, enabling the workflow management of mutations from construction to storage and preservation.
