MiR-29ab regulates intestinal stem cell fate through fatty-acid-oxidation-related energy metabolism [before irradiation]

To investigate the mechanism of miR-29ab in regulation of intestinal stem cells and partipation in epithelium post-injury regeneration, we established miR-29ab1-/- mice and applied irradiation to damage stem cell. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of intestinal crypts from WT and miR-29ab1-/- mice before and after irradiation. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for WT and miR-29ab1-/- mice.
