aFor these experiments 16K oligonucleotide arrays were used. Microarray data from four donors (D1–D4) were analyzed by ANOVA. Significant genes/transcripts were selected by the criteria of p-value4.7. Significant genes between piDC, iDC and mDC were further selected by pairwise t-test when fold change≥1.5. The piDC/monocyte ratio data were derived from the mean intensity ratio of piDC against monocyte from 4 normalized biological repeat arrays.bFold = Fold change, >1.5 means up-regulated, and cGeneID = GeneEntrezID.
