资源简介:
The coordination of chloroplast and nuclear genome status are critical for plant cell function, but the mechanism remain largely unclear. In this study, we report that Arabidopsis thaliana CHLOROPLAST AND NUCLEUS DUAL-LOCALIZED PROTEIN 1 (CND1) maintains genome stability in both the chloroplast and the nucleus. The amount of ChIP-DNA coprecipitated by anti-FLAG M2 affinity gel was first normalized by comparing to the total input DNA used for each immunoprecipitation CT = CT (ChIP) -CT (input). Then, these normalized ChIP signals were compared to the input protein. The DNA binding of all the plastid gene in Col-0 was set to 1, these normalized ChIP signals in cnd1-3 were compared to Col-0.
