Soil sampling was conducted in the field from farmland of in Jianfeng Town, Ledong County of Hainan province.The soil type is dry red soil developed from marine sediments. The long term field fertilization was conducted from 2010 to 2019, and soil samples were collected in July 2019 from the field plots in triplicates under the treatment of chemical fertilizer (CF) and chemical fertilizer amend with 9000 kg hm2 organic base fertilizer (OF). The application rate of chemical fertilizers are the following 1035 N kg hm2, calcium superphosphate634 kg P2O5 hm2, potassium chloride 2300 kg K2O hm2.The incidence of FW in each treatment was over 50% in the sampling season. Natural soil without fertilization was used as control (CK). Each treatment had 3 field replicates, and each field was about 100 m2. Surface soil samples were collected. Three replicates from separate treatment (total 9 sample). And each replicate was made up of 5 soil samples via a random process.The aim of this study is to reveal the community assembly patterns of microbial ammonia oxidizer under long term field fertilization induced Fusarium wilt soils, and to gain a better understanding of the relationship between the potential soil acidification and the occurrence of diseases caused by soil ammonia oxidation towards developing better management for reducing Fusarium wilt in banana industry.
