HNRNPU is essential for proper murine skin development

Loss of Hnrnu in epidermis of mouse resulted in developmental failure of the epidermis and hair follicle. Comparing the transcriptome analysis (bulk RNA seq) between Hnrnpu-KO epidermis and control epidermis小鼠表皮内异质核糖核蛋白U（Hnrnu）缺失可引发表皮及毛囊发育障碍。本研究对Hnrnpu敲除（Hnrnpu-KO）表皮与对照表皮开展基于批量RNA测序（bulk RNA seq）的转录组对比分析。
