Application of digital calibration certificate in digital calibration and compensation of coordinate measuring machine

As high-precision digital measuring equipment, the Coordinate Measuring Machines(CMMs) play an important role in digital precision manufacturing. The calibration certificate is of great significance for maintaining the accuracy of the CMM. In the process of digital transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry, the digitization of the calibration certificate has become an inevitable trend. In this paper, through the research and development of the system software for the digital calibration service of the CMM, a specific case of the digital calibration certificate(DCC) of the CMM based on the Digital System of Units (D-SI) architecture rules is achieved. The interface is called through the automatic reading application interface program, and the digital calibration certificate is automatically read, forming an application scheme for the digital calibration and compensation of the CMM, which effectively improves the timeliness, accuracy, and reliability of the calibration and compensation of the CMM, and empowers the manufacturing industry to adapt to meet the needs of digitalization and quality development.
