In the proposed experiment, we aim to explore the crystallization mechanisms of novel organic photoactive and charge-transport materials based on triisopropylsilyl-substituted benzodithiophenes and bis(2-ethylhexyloxy)benzene units using combination of SAXS/WAXS and ultra-fast chip calorimetry. The 2D mapping with micrometer resolution of in-plane and out-of-plane reflections during slow and fast heating allows to reveal the evolution of thin film texture, particularly, the domain size and their orientation in respect to the film surface. This analysis helps distinguish reorganization from coalescence, providing insights into phase transitions and thermoelectric properties critical for PSCs processing.
