320柴油机台架试验数据集

本数据集主要面向320mm缸径船舶中速柴油机的燃烧与性能优化研究建设。基于中船安庆柴油机有限公司的ACD320型号中速柴油机开展了多喷油器系统使用时25%-100%工况的试验。在台架试验中，通过缸压传感器记录了不同工况、不同喷油器喷油量变化情况下的燃烧缸压曲线，同时记录了不同工况下的进排气温度与压力参数、发动机转速扭矩等性能参数，数据量825MB

This dataset was constructed for combustion and performance optimization research on marine medium-speed diesel engines with a 320mm cylinder bore. Tests were conducted under operating conditions ranging from 25% to 100% load using the ACD320 medium-speed diesel engine provided by Anqing Diesel Engine Co., Ltd. of China Shipbuilding Corporation with a multi-injector system installed. During the bench tests, combustion cylinder pressure curves under various operating conditions and different fuel injection quantities of the injectors were recorded via cylinder pressure sensors. Additionally, performance parameters including intake and exhaust temperature and pressure, engine speed and torque under different operating conditions were also documented. The total data volume of this dataset is 825 MB.
