资源简介:
Soybean leaves were scored as highly resistant, moderately susceptible, and highly susceptible based on their symptoms. Highly susceptible plants had yellow mosaic virus symptoms on more than 50% of the plant leaves, whereas, highly resistant plants showed no symptoms at all.Not every genotype of soybean produces high-quality amplification for us. Polymorphism information content (PIC) varied between polymorphic markers; it was highest (0.61) in BARCSOYSSR_13_1173 and lowest (0.11) in BARCSOYSSR_13_1115. The following is a list of SSR markers along with associated PIC values.Twenty genotypes of soybeans that were obtained from the germplasm of Bangladesh Agricultural University's genetics and plant breeding farm laboratory were checked for the presence of the soybean yellow mosaic virus (YMV).The relationship betweeen the percentage of infection and AUDPC (Area Under Disease Progress Curve) for each genotype is derived from the scores at 7, 10, and 14 dpi (days post-inoculation) following virus injection. Susceptibility was shown by the high value of % infection and AUDPC, whereas the low value indicated resistance. Therefore, it is possible to classify the following as extremely resistant: Davis, Lokon, G-10180, Asset 93-19-5, G-2120; moderately susceptible: AGS-66; highly susceptible: TAINANS; and highly resistant: MINA-HAI, Shohag, HIHS-WIHS, BS-3, BRAGG.
