Reproducibility Package for "Robust Spatial Organization and Temporal Persistence of Instrumental Seismicity in the New Madrid Seismic Zone"

Reproducibility package supporting the manuscript “Robust Spatial Organization and Temporal Persistence of Instrumental Seismicity in the New Madrid Seismic Zone.” This repository contains analysis-ready earthquake catalogues, clustering assignments, magnitude-completeness results, sensitivity and robustness analyses, manuscript figures, computational-environment information, checksums, and documentation used to support the study. The analysis examines instrumental seismicity in the New Madrid Seismic Zone during 2000–2009. The primary magnitude-complete catalogue uses Mc = 1.5 and contains 1,493 earthquakes; a conservative M ≥ 1.7 catalogue containing 846 earthquakes is provided for sensitivity analysis. The repository includes outputs used to evaluate robustness to magnitude threshold, catalogue quality, coordinate representation, clustering parameters, vertical weighting, and reported hypocentral-location uncertainty. The original earthquake catalogue was obtained from the Center for Earthquake Research and Information (CERI), University of Memphis. The original CERI catalogue file is not redistributed in this archive because an explicit third-party redistribution license was not identified. The included README documents the source, catalogue-selection parameters, provenance, and SHA-256 checksum of the exact source file used. This archive is intended to support reproducibility and independent evaluation of the associated manuscript. It does not present the identified statistical domains as individual geological faults.
