The dataset provides measurements of leaf-level responses of isoprene, monoterpene, and sesquiterpene emissions, and characteristics of gas exchange and chlorophyll fluorescence to changes in light and temperature conditions from 12 brevideciduous and evergreen tree species located at an upland terra firme plot, as well as information on specific leaf area (SLA), estimated pool size of dimethylallyl diphosphate (DMADP), and estimated isoprene synthase activity rate for each species. Data available in this dataset was obtained from 29.11.2022 to 06.12.2022.
