Dataset supporting the publication:

The data includes two excel files: data for paper.xlsx and dispersion data.xlsx.
-Data for paper.xlsx: contains the conversion efficiency and Stokes output power for different etch dpeth, width of rib waveguide;
-Dispersion data.xlsx: contains second order dispersion parameters for different waveguide structures.
Dispersion parameters were calculated by COMSOL.
