Objective: To identify and characterize celltypes and distinct transcriptomic signatures present in the infrapatellar fat pad (IFP) of knee OA patients using single-nucleus RNA sequencing. Single-nucleus RNA sequencing was performed on 21 knee OA - IFP samples by using 10X Genomics Chromium NEXT GEM Single cell 3' Reagent kit and Illumina NextSeq550 sequencer.
