Site Data from an Archaeological Watching Brief at Bilston Urban Village, Bilston, Wolverhampton, 2019

This collection comprises images, reports, a site record, and a spreadsheet from an archaeological watching brief by Wessex Archaeology, at Bilston Urban Village, Bilston, Wolverhampton, from January to July 2019. This work was conducted during site clearance and remediation works ahead of residential development. The site has a history of extensive industrial activity between the 18th and 19th centuries. The watching brief covered two areas within the site, a northern area and a southern area.
