Provided are compositions and methods for conferring pesticidal activity to bacteria， plants， plant cells of plants， tissues and seeds. Provided are compositions that comprise one of coding sequence of one polypeptide toxin. The sequences of encoding may be used in construction of DNA or of expression cassettes for the transformation and expression in plants and bacteria. The compositions also comprise transformed bacteria， plants， plant cells of plants， tissues and transformed seeds. In particular， provided are molecules of nucleic acid isolated toxins. In addition， the sequences are comprised of amino acids which correspond to the polynucleotides， and the antibodies which are specifically binding to such sequences of amino acids. In particular， the present invention provides molecules of nucleic acid isolated which comprise sequences of which encoding nucleotide sequence of the amino acid sequence shown in the ID. Of SEQ. 50-96， or the sequence of nucleotides in the set ID. Of SEQ. 1-47， as well as variants and fragments of the same.
