Soil phosphorous data (Peel-Harvey catchment, Western Australia)

This contains csv files with soil chemistry data for grazed pastures (0-20 cm) across the Peel-Harvey catchment (Western Australia), as well as an isotope mixing model script (R). Data includes standard chemistry like pH, carbon content, and texture, as well as detailed data on soil phosphorous composition (Hedley PO43- fractions, total P, organic P, d18O composition of total HCl extractable PO43-). The mixing model provides a sensitivity analysis for using d18Op measurements to idenitfy agricultural phosphate run-off sources, and then upscaling this based on soil texture maps for the Peel-Harvey region.
