Data for Operator-Based Aberration Compensation for Holographic Imaging
收藏资源简介:
This archive contains the data and software needed to generate Figs. 1 through 5 inM. K. Gronert, A. Prenowitz, K. Snyder, D. B. Ruffner, V. Flores Montes, L. A. Philips, and D. G. Grier, "Operator-Based Aberration Compensation for Holographic Imaging". Rebuild all figures with python verify.py The archive includes a representative video file containing a 200-frame excerpt from one of the videos used in this study along with particle-characterization software that reproduces part of Fig. 3(e). Complete raw videos are available upon request. Contents of each directory `README.md`: what the figure shows, how to rebuild it, and where its data come from. `DATA_DICTIONARY.md`: every file and field of `data/`, with units and sign conventions. `<figure>.ipynb` or `<figure>.py`: the code that reads `data/` and writes the figure. The notebooks start with a notation key, tie the code to the equations of the paper, and end with the numbers quoted in the text. They have been run, and their saved output is that run. `data/`: the data, in plain formats (CSV, JSON, and NumPy `.npz` for arrays). `requirements.txt`: packages and versions with which the figure was made. `scripts/` (`correction/` only): the code that produced `data/` from the raw videos. Reproducing a figure cd correction # or monodisperse, polydispersejupyter lab correction08.ipynb # run all cells cd gallerypython gallery04.py # writes ../gallery04.pdf
