Specific-pathogen-free C57BL/6J mice gavaged Clostridium butyricum (CB) or medium at 7 days prior were subcutaneously immunized with MOG35-55 peptide and complete freund's adjuvant. Mice were sacrificed at day 14 after immunization. RNA-seq analysis of sorted small intestinal epithelium cells (CD45- E-Cadherin+ EpCAM+ cells) (Control; n = 3, EAE; n = 3, CB-EAE; n = 3).
