Manam-gurrilma - Be Strong

This project will develop a series of biodiversity plantings on country with interpretive signs that reflect the Aboriginal story as well as the story of the plant including coastal garden, emphasising the Flannel flower (the local emblem), wetlands, and coastal forest. The project will develop a series of educational sheets and handouts to inform and educate people about the plants, the Aboriginal history of the plants and their importance in our eco culture, and to ensure that the Yarrawarra lands reflect and protect the diversity of the local species of the region.
