Code
All relevant code is found in the Code folder. The Julia code for simulating colored loop circuits is in ColoredLoops.jl and associated files therein. The main script for generating data is generate_data.jl.
Data
The folder Data contains all data files necessary for generating the figures and performing the analysis given in the manuscript. The files contain the data averaged over many trajectories. All the data files may be generated using the generate_data.jl script in the Code folder. The files are named according to the system size L and the number of colors n.
Data/Parameters
The data files here contain the parameters which may be used as input in the generate_data.jl script. Appropriate headers are given to describe the entries.
Data/Steady State
These data files contain two rows of statistics for the entanglement entropy profile in the steady-state of the circuit:
The average
The standard error
Data/Dynamics
These data files contain three rows:
The time in units of circuit layers
The average half-chain entanglement entropy
The standard error in the half-chain entanglement entropy.
Figures
Two Python scripts are given for performing the data analysis and generating figures 3 and 4 from the paper.
