This data set provides the supplementary material for the paper: M. A. Memmesheimer, C. Redenbach, 2026. Fitting the topology of synthetic particle systems with a novel graph representation. In this work, we propose a novel graph representation of particle systems, which enables topological optimization as a postprocessing step for synthetic images. The supplementary material includes the data used for model validation, as well as the source code used to generate and evaluate the data.
