Human corneal endothelial cell cultures obtained from discarded tissues using a xenogeneic free culture medium

To investigate the use of Plasma Rich in Growth Factors (PRGF) as the unique source of growth factors in primary cultures of human corneal endothelial cells obtained from discarded tissues. We performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of 8 different cell cultures. 4 of them obtained with a standard culture medium and the other 4 using a xeno free PRGF based culture medium Comparative gene expression analysis of RNA-seq data for Corneal endothelial cells cultured with different media.
