We used BD Rhapsody™/scRNA-seq to analyze the heterogeneity of lymphocytes in brain metastasis Overall design: The immune fraction of brains from intracranially injected mice with B16/f10-BrM cell line (with or without STAT3 inhibition) was sorted to select the target population (DAPI-CD45+CX3CR1-) or separated by magnetic beads using mouse CX3CR1 positive seletion and the negative fraction was analyzed using BD Rhapsody™/scRNA-seq.
