These volumes show registration number, date of seaman's discharge, name of seaman, capacity, name of ship seaman last discharged from, date of receipt of discharge by the Shipping Master, date of delivery of discharge by the Shipping Master, signature of seaman on receiving his discharge, witness to signature, remarks on conduct, character and qualifications.
