This dataset comprises lung cancer whole slide images (WSIs) sourced from the CPTAC, paired with multi-omics and clinical data associated with lung cancer. All these images have undergone cross-diagnosis by professional pathologists, and are supported by corresponding multi-omics data. The dataset includes a total of 1,139 tissue slide images, among which 304 are STAS-positive and 191 are STAS-negative. The primary task of this dataset is to perform lung cancer diagnosis using histopathological data.
