Homo sapiens Genome sequencing and assembly. Homo sapiens

A comprehensive analysis of a diploid human genome that combines single-molecule sequencing platforms. We used these sequences to build a high-contiguity de novo assembly, as well as for phasing and variation analyses. This data highlights particularly complex regions of the genome, often missed by other NGS strategies.
