There are some notable outliers, like C13AVH or C7CNH, which could indicate issues with data capture for labs, lab results, or drug prescriptions. - When these two events do occur together, they occur within a year of each other for as much as 80% of the cohort (a median of 60%). For some institutions, like C7NEMCHS, this window can be even smaller with 60% of the cohort having both within 1 month of each other.
