Summary Analysis of QLD DNRM Licence Locations Linked to Cadastre Plan - Clipped to GAL PAE v01

## **Abstract** \n\nThis dataset was derived by the Bioregional Assessment Programme. The parent datasets are identified in the Lineage field in this metadata statement. The processes undertaken to produce this derived dataset are described in the History field in this metadata statement.\n\n\n\nThis data file contains surface water allocation information for the different catchments in the Galilee subregion preliminary assessment extent (PAE). It describes permit types, location and owner of individual permit.\n\n## **Purpose** \n\nIt has been designed to extract water accounts (permit type and total allocation) in different river catchments within the Galilee subregion.\n\n## **Dataset History** \n\nThe Australia's River Basins 1997 dataset (GUID: d4561e86-2d13-4dcb-bf9e-aae75ba4850c) was spatially joined to the QLD DNRM Licence Locations Linked to Cadastre Plan - Clipped to GAL PAE dataset (GUID: da3fe07d-99f6-4efa-970a-6f445ebd16cc) and attribute table exported as an Excel worksheet: 'GAL_DNRM_SWLic_LinkedToLocation'\n\n\n\nA pivot table was exported as a summary ('Summary') showing the volume (ML) and number of entitlements per water year for each 'Purpose'.\n\n\n\nA pivot table (PivotT) was created from the output worksheet to summarise the count and volume (ML) of nominal water entitlements per catchment, per year.\n\nField List - Authorised (Purpose), NominalEntitlementPerWaterYearML\n\nColumn Labels - Values\n\nRow Labels - Authorised\n\nValues - Sum of NominalEntitlementPerWaterYearML, Count of NominalEntitlementPerWaterYearML\n\n\n\nA second pivot table was created ('PivotT') and exported as a summary ('Summary II") showing the number and volume (ML) of entitlements per water year for each catchment.\n\n\n\nField List - NominalEntitlementPerWaterYearML, AssetName, BNAME\n\nColum Labels - Values\n\nRow Label - BNAME, AssetName\n\nValues - Count of NominalEntitlementPerWaterYearML, Sum of NominalEntitlementPerWaterYearML\n\n## **Dataset Citation** \n\nBioregional Assessment Programme (XXXX) Summary Analysis of QLD DNRM Licence Locations Linked to Cadastre Plan - Clipped to GAL PAE v01.
