This dataset contains statistical ensembles derived from experimentally reconstructed complex optical fields under controlled atmospheric turbulence conditions. The data provide spatial coherence and structure function estimates used to analyze departures from Gaussian statistics in optical turbulence. Each dataset corresponds to a specific turbulence configuration and includes the following quantities: - COH_mutual_blocks: modulus of the complex degree of coherence.- COH_mutual_complex_blocks: complex degree of coherence.- COH_mutual_phase_blocks: phase of the complex degree of coherence.- DOC_blocks: degree of coherence computed from the wave structure function under the Gaussian assumption.- D_logA_blocks: logarithmic amplitude structure function.- D_phi_blocks: phase structure function.- D_total_blocks: total wave structure function. These data enable direct comparison between coherence estimates obtained from field correlations and those derived under the Gaussian hypothesis.
