2.数据处理:删选出焦度计非线性误差不合格检定结果,根据《JJG580-2005焦度计检定规程》规定,焦度计顶焦度示值的非线性误差不得超过±0.06m-1,,用于评估其准确性,不合格率=不合格次数/检定总次数*100%。
3.数据应用:通过检定数据分析,为产品性能是否合格提供更精确保障,为政府监管、企业采购焦度计提供参考和技术支撑。
Nonlinear error is a core evaluation item for lensmeter verification. This verification dataset is applicable to the verification and performance evaluation of lensmeters produced and sold by various enterprises on the market. It scientifically reflects the authenticity and reliability of the data, providing more accurate guarantee for judging whether the product performance is qualified, and offering reference and technical support for government supervision and enterprise procurement of lensmeters.
1. Data Collection: Collect information such as certificate number, affiliated unit, model, product name, allowable range value, etc.
2. Data Processing: Filter out the unqualified verification results of lensmeter nonlinear error. According to the provisions of *Verification Regulation for Lensmeters (JJG 580-2005)*, the nonlinear error of the vertex power indication of lensmeters shall not exceed ±0.06 m⁻¹, which is used to evaluate their accuracy. The unqualified rate is calculated as: Unqualified Rate = (Number of Unqualified Tests / Total Number of Tests) × 100%.
3. Data Application: Through the analysis of verification data, it provides more accurate guarantee for judging whether the product performance is qualified, and offers reference and technical support for government supervision and enterprise procurement of lensmeters.
