Dynamic chromatin structure during early ILC progenitor differentiation

To characterize the epigenomes during early ILC progenitor differentiation, we did DNase-seq, CUT&RUN and scMNase-seq assays in all-lymphoid progenitor (ALP), early innate lymphoid progenitor (EILP), and innate lymphoid cell progenitor (ILCP) cells. We did the CUT&RUN for identifing genome-wide TCF1 binding in EILP cells and DNase-seq in ALP, EILP and ILCP cells. Samples that include "_tech1" or "_tech2" indicate that those samples with same GB identifier were technical repeats with different libraries made independently from the same RNA extraction.
