A Meta-Taxonomic Analysis of Gut Microbiota of a Gill Breather Cirrhinus mrigala under dissolved oxygen stressed condition

Aim of this project is to differentiate between the gut microbial community of a gill breather fish Cirrhinus mrigala under dissolved oxygen stressed condition to open up the changes of the diverse, complex, and exclusive intestinal bacterial community during this extreme environmental condition.
