Generic Resources for Canadian RDM Survey

Generic questionnaires and ethic documents that institutions can use to conduct the Research Data Management Survey at their institution. Generic questionnaires are available for the Engineering and Science survey, Humanities and Social Sciences survey, and the Health Sciences survey. The ethics and informed consent documents provide generalized text for institutions to include in their ethics applications. Also included is an example outreach email that is sent to institutions that requested information about the surveys from the Consortium.
