FIBROUS CELLULOSE COMPOSITE RESIN， METHOD FOR PRODUCING SAME， AND RESIN-REINFORCING MATERIAL

[Problem] To provide: a fibrous cellulose composite resin having excellent strength; a method for producing same; and a resin-reinforcing material having an excellent resin-reinforcing effect even when made into a dried product. [Solution] The present invention provides a fibrous cellulose composite resin comprising a resin and a mixture (reinforcing material) of a fibrous cellulose and a dispersant， wherein a portion or all of the fibrous cellulose is a fine fiber， and the dispersant has at least one functional group selected from among a hydroxyl group， a carboxyl group， and an amine group. In addition， the composite resin is produced by: mixing a dispersant into a fibrous cellulose slurry to form a mixture; drying and pulverizing the mixture to form a powder; and then kneading the powder with a resin， wherein a portion or all of the fibrous cellulose is a fine fiber， and the dispersant has at least one functional group selected from among a hydroxyl group， a carboxyl group， and an amine group.
