Towards Eco-Metabolomics: NADES-Guided Extraction Enables Semi-Quantitative Metabolomics for Melissa officinalis

This dataset investigates the chemical composition of Melissa officinalis leaves (MO) through non-targeted metabolomics, with compound annotation supported by SIRIUS. Using UHPLC-HRMS, we thoroughly analyzed 23 different samples extracted from MO leaves. The MO extracts were prepared with 20 NADES and 3 conventional solvents. Additionally, [M+H]+ and [M-H]- annotated metabolites were semi-quantified using MS2Quant.
