This dataset contains replication data for the descriptive statistical analysis of U.S. and Soviet ICBM pursuit and interest in strategic delivery vehicle/missile arms control that appears in Sarah Bidgood, \"Arms Control and Innovation: Precedents for U.S.-Russian Technology Regulation from the Cold War,\" Journal of Strategic Studies (forthcoming).
