Supplemental Materials for "Action Potential Metrics and Automated Data Analysis Pipeline for Cardiotoxicity Testing Using Optically Mapped hiPSC-derived 3D Cardiac Microtissues"

This folder contains samplre raw dataset associated with the publication titled "Action Potential Metrics and Automated Data Analysis Pipeline for Cardiotoxicity Testing Using Optically Mapped hiPSC-derived 3D Cardiac Microtissues". Raw action potential (AP) traces for 3D cardiac microtissues and their dose responses to the drugs Tetrodotoxin, Flecainide, Nifedipine, and E-4031 are included. A python script to open/read these files are also included.
