Response Rates: The overall contact rate was 15.50% (the percent that picked up). The overall completion rate among all live lines contacted was 0.23%The partial response rate among all live lines contacted was 0.25% (Respondents who answered at least 3 questions).The partial response rate just among those who answered was 1.64%.The completion rate of just among those who answered was 1.49%. These results were based on 230,228 live lines that were called. 35,681 people who answered. 585 people that completed at least three questions. 530 people that completed all the questions. 904 people answered at least 1 question. 50 were 17 or under and not eligible for the survey. 72 indicated they lived outside of Waterloo Region and were not eligible for the survey. Indicating 13.5% of lines contacted were not eligible for the survey. If 13.5% is used to estimate ineligible lines then the response full response rate is estimated at 0.27% and the partial response rate is estimated at 0.29%
