Field evolved Bt-resistant P. gossypiella transcriptome

Here, we have collected field-evolved Bollgard II resistance P. gossypiella larvae samples from Talwandi sabo village, Bathinda, Punjab, India (Latitude = 29.91848 and Longitude = 75.1119) during the crop season of 2022. Followed by, RNA-seq analysis using mid-gut tissue of 4th instar larva.
