Datasets and scripts about interactive effects of functional traits and site properties on tree growth

Data about tree growth and functional traits were compiled. The final dataset contains information about 160 common gardens worldwide, and was used for a scientific publication. Because the scripts that were developed for the study are lengthy (several thousands of rows), only some examples of the used R procedures are presented. Complementary information about data handling and analysis can be requested to authors.
