收藏资源简介:
This paper explores the development, current state, and future prospects of the health care monitoring system in Uzbekistan. With ongoing reforms in the national health sector, there is a pressing need to modernize the health monitoring infrastructure, implement digital solutions, and improve data-driven decision-making. The study evaluates existing mechanisms, highlights the role of electronic health records (EHR), telemedicine, and mobile health (mHealth), and identifies key challenges such as technological infrastructure gaps, limited human capacity, and data privacy issues. Based on qualitative and quantitative research methods, the thesis proposes a strategic framework for enhancing the effectiveness, transparency, and accessibility of health care services in Uzbekistan through robust monitoring systems. The modernization of Uzbekistan’s health care system has become a key priority in the country’s ongoing social and economic reforms. In conclusion, this study underscores the importance of aligning health care monitoring systems in Uzbekistan with both national legislation and global digital health frameworks. By doing so, Uzbekistan can strengthen its health care governance, enhance transparency, and improve the well-being of its population through timely, accurate, and actionable health data.
